We deliver throughout South Africa and aim to keep our ordering and delivery process clear, accurate, and transparent.
How our ordering process works
FastRig operates on a payment-up-front basis for online orders.
This means that when you place an order on our website, full payment must first be received and confirmed before we place the order with our suppliers or begin fulfilment.
This process allows us to confirm serious orders, secure stock where available, and begin supplier procurement for your selected products.
Order processing
Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
Once payment has been received and cleared, we begin processing the order. This may include:
- Confirming product availability
- Securing stock from suppliers
- Preparing the item for dispatch where stock is available
- Arranging courier collection once the order is ready
Orders are not processed, sourced, or dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
Supplier ordering and product availability
Many of our products are sourced from trusted local suppliers after payment confirmation.
Because of this:
- Products may not always be physically held in-store at the time of order
- Lead times can vary depending on supplier stock availability
- Delivery timelines only begin once the item has been secured and dispatched
If a supplier delay, stock issue, or availability problem affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver within South Africa.
Deliveries to regional, remote, or outlying areas may take longer than deliveries to major centres.

Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners. The courier selected may vary based on your location, parcel size, value, and product type.

Delivery timing depends on two stages:
1. Order and supplier processing time
This begins after payment is received and may vary depending on supplier availability.
2. Courier delivery time after dispatch
Typical courier estimates after dispatch are:
- Main centres: 1–3 business days
- Regional areas: 2–5 business days
- Remote/outlying areas: 3–7 business days
These are estimated courier timelines only and do not include supplier lead times where applicable.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees may vary depending on:
- Delivery destination
- Size and weight of the parcel
- Product type
- Courier requirements
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout or communicated to you before final fulfilment where necessary.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect delivery details

FastRig Computer Solutions (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery information, additional shipping charges may apply before re-delivery.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
