⏱️ Return Window
- Standard Products: Returns accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Special Order Items (e.g., items not stocked locally or custom builds): Returns accepted within 7 calendar days, subject to approval.
- Faulty or DOA Products: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
📦 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- A proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
- Items must be safely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Software, digital licenses, and ESD keys once issued
- Opened or activated software
- Used thermal paste, opened consumables (e.g., printer ink)
- Custom-assembled PCs (unless defective)
💰 Refunds & Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after the return is approved and received.
- In the case of EFT or bank transfer payments, please allow additional time for bank clearance.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
💸 Restocking Fees
A 10–20% restocking fee may apply for:
- Opened, used, or returned items not in resellable condition
- Special orders canceled after dispatch
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service. FASTRIG is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
