Fastrig Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Fastrig. By accessing or using our website (fastrig.co.za), placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Order Policy
- All orders are processed strictly on a pay-before-order basis.
- Customers must make full payment before any parts are sourced, ordered, or shipped.
- Once payment is received, the order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless the product becomes unavailable.
2. Product Availability & Pricing
- Prices and availability are subject to change based on our suppliers’ stock and market fluctuations.
- Fastrig reserves the right to update prices and product details without prior notice.
- In the rare event that a product is no longer available after payment, a full refund or alternative will be offered.
3. Lead Time & Delivery
- Orders are placed with suppliers once payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines depend on supplier stock, processing, and courier services.
- While we aim to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, Fastrig is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers.
- Clients will be kept informed throughout the ordering and delivery process.
4. Installation & Support
- Installation services are available on request and may incur additional charges.
- Fastrig provides guidance and support during installation and setup when services are requested at the time of order.
5. Returns & Warranty
- Fastrig only accepts returns for defective items, subject to the manufacturer’s return and warranty policy.
- All hardware is covered under manufacturer warranties where applicable.
- Physical damage, misuse, or incorrect installation will void warranty claims.
- The client is responsible for returning defective items for warranty processing.

6. Payments & Invoicing
- Accepted payment methods include EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and other methods as made available during checkout.
- Payment confirmations must be sent to [email protected] with the order reference number.
7. Liability
- Fastrig is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Incorrect installation (unless performed by us),
- Delays in product availability,
- Incompatibility of parts not specified or approved by Fastrig.
8. Client Responsibility
- Clients must ensure all product specifications meet their requirements before placing an order.
- Fastrig will offer recommendations when requested, but final purchasing decisions rest with the client.
9. Privacy & Data
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where necessary for order fulfillment.
Client information is used strictly for order processing and communication.
